Tim Martin

Managing Partner and CIO
Tim began his IT career as the IT Manager for a leading non-profit in New Hampshire, later founding and leading one of the state's largest IT firms for 16 years before its acquisition. As CEO and CIO, he specialized in education, non-profit, and municipal sectors, collaborating with prominent districts in New England, higher education institutions in Boston, and charter schools throughout the country. Tim's expertise drove substantial IT transformations, delivering cost savings and enhancing efficiency, security, and organizational culture.

Duncan Bruce

CIO and IT Advisor
Duncan has over 20 years in IT, starting in the enterprise working with brands like GE, NBC and Universal. His other roles have included IT engineer, fractional CIO, and Coach. He spent 10 years working for Maine’s largest MSP and working across all vertical markets including education and municipal. Duncan specializes in business workflow improvement and employee IT enablement.

Chad Edstrand

K-12 IT Director
With over 19 years of leadership and technical hands-on experience as a K-12 focused IT Director, Chad understands both the high-level planning and oversight as well as the minutia of day-to-day operations and practical solutions for EDU IT. He brings skillsets such as K-12 IT Leadership, coach for on-site IT staff, training creator, and technical project manager. He is known for his creative abilities to always find a way to get IT done within budget.
